The BEST Hot Pot Place In The DMV

If you're anything like me, then you LOVE good food. Food has always been something so special to me because it’s not only delicious, but it always brings people together. One of my favorite things is sharing a meal with someone I love! That being said, I am always on the hunt for a good place to eat, which in this blog I’ll be talking about Urban Hot Pot located in Columbia, MD.

Hot pot originated in China and dates back to over 1,000 years ago. It’s roots are in communal eating traditions where people gather around a shared simmering pot of broth, cooking meats, vegetables, and noodles at the table together. At Urban Hot Pot, that is exactly the experience you get! You walk in and are greeted and seated by the host, then you get to choose your soup broth and also get to order all the meats, vegetables, seafood, and noodles you'd like! You also get the choice to make your own special sauce to go along for dipping at the sauce bar they have. It is such a fun and delicious experience!

I’ve tried many hot pot places, but none of them even compare to Urban Hot Pot. The soup broth is so flavorful, and all the meats are high quality! Not to mention that they are all you can eat for such a fair price! Urban Hot Pot is by far, the BEST hot pot place I have discovered while in Baltimore and if you're looking for a hearty meal, Urban Hot Pot is the place to go!
